キャンベルタウンの蒸留所で製造された1973年12月樽詰め2019年瓶詰めの45年もののウイスキーです。150本限定の1本です。

NOSE

Bold coastal elements, sea-soaked basalt leads into thick fruit of ripe pineapple and crisp green apple before floral notes of rose, vanilla and toasted oak come through.

香り
広大な海岸線、海に浸かった分厚い玄武岩、熟したパイナップルの果実、爽やかな青リンゴ。
その後に来るバラ、バニラと燻したオーク。


TASTE

Viscous, oily mouthfeel coats the tongue. Caramel sweetness at first then juicy tropical fruit with pineapple, mango and water melon rounded by vanilla and honey.

味
粘り気がありオイリーで舌にまとわりつく口あたり。まずキャラメルのような甘さが来てそれからバニラと蜂蜜に包まれた南国フルーツの味

FINISH

Long mouth-watering finish with sea salt and lime citrus before warming cinnamon and ground ginger spice.

余韻
長く口を潤すような余韻、シーソルトとライムシトラス。その後にくる、温めたシナモンと砕いたジンジャースパイス。
